Trump parks the Iran strike until after November, and Netanyahu takes eleven of Likud's top twenty-nine places out of his members' hands.
"We look at what is actually happening, less at statements and declarations." That is Trump's Board of Peace, telling Israeli reporters that Netanyahu's rejection of the 15-point roadmap describes nothing Israel is doing — the targeted killings stopped, the roadmap being implemented by a government whose public position is that it refuses it. Israel's own defense officials and political echelon spent yesterday calling each other liars over who stopped the shooting. Washington has taken the Iran strike off the table until after November, and Jerusalem apparently is fine with it.
