Books

Jewish life endures because it insists on truth, clarity, and defense.

These books argue for that endurance against those who would deny it, distort it, or wish it erased.

Holiday From History: The West’s Delusion of Peace and the Return of War

The West mistook a pause for peace—and Israel paid the price.

This book traces how the illusions of the 1990s cracked in blood and fire.

It argues that the “end of history” was never the end of danger. From Oslo to October 7, the same naiveté that disarmed the West left Jews vulnerable, Israel isolated, and free nations unprepared for jihad, tyranny, and tribal war.

“History never ended. Evil doesn’t retire. Peace is not the air we breathe but a garden only tended when watchmen stay awake.” — Uri Zehavi, Holiday From History

Rooted Truth: Israel’s Case Against the Deniers

Antisemitism does not die. It adapts.

This book dismantles the modern libels hurled at Israel—“apartheid,” “colonialism,” “genocide”—and exposes how Soviet propaganda metastasized into the slogans of Western elites. It restores the record: Israel is not a colonial project but the return of an indigenous people to its homeland.

“You cannot occupy your own house. You cannot be an invader in the city that bears your name.” — Uri Zehavi, Rooted Truth

Rooted in Judea: Lives and Law in the Heart of Israel

Beyond the myths of Judea and Samaria.

This book explains the real law, not the imagined versions repeated by activists. It shows how Jewish life in Judea and Samaria is not a “settlement project” but continuity, covenant, and community.

“Jewish presence in Judea and Samaria is not an aberration to be managed. It is a fact as old as the Psalms and as present as today’s Shabbat candles.” — Uri Zehavi, Rooted in Judea

Coming Winter 2025

Available in paperback, hardcover, and eBook through Amazon and major booksellers.

Speaking

I speak on Israel, Jewish resilience, antisemitism, and the return of history.

My talks combine historical evidence, strategic analysis, and Jewish memory. They aim for clarity, not applause.

Topics include Israel’s legitimacy—the continuity from covenant to statehood and the collapse of the slanders “apartheid,” “colonialism,” “occupation”; the West’s illusions and how the peace dividend hollowed its defenses; antisemitism unmasked in its modern disguise; guarding what’s sacred through law and duty; and Jewish stubbornness as survival, the virtue that keeps civilization standing.

I lecture, join panels, and brief institutions. Audiences include policymakers, clergy, students, and community leaders across the political and denominational spectrum. I’ve spoken in synagogues, churches, universities, think tanks, and international gatherings that shape the debates about Israel and the West.

If you want clarity instead of slogans, that’s what I bring.

Book Tour 2025

Beginning December 2025, I’ll be speaking across North America and abroad.

The tour anchors on Rooted Truth and includes material from Holiday From History and the forthcoming Rooted in Judea.

Appearances will be posted here as they are scheduled. Current status: booking now.

What the Tour Covers

This isn’t a polite literary circuit. It’s a field briefing for communities that want to face reality.

At churches, synagogues, universities, and policy forums, I’ll speak on:

  • October 7 as a turning point. A pogrom livestreamed. The end of illusions.

  • The failure of the “peace dividend” and the danger of a West that forgot guarding its own values.

  • Israel’s role as the front line for liberal civilization.

  • Why “Never Again” is not memory but policy.

Each event adapts to its audience—students, clergy, policymakers, or readers.

Hosting an Event

If your community, campus, or institution wants to host an event, reach out early.

Email [email protected] with your audience, format, and goals.

Books can be sold or bundled with ticketing, coordinated with hosts.

Each tour stop pairs words with images, debate with art.

Modi Zehavi Photography Exhibit

During the tour, Modi Zehavi, fine-art photographer and my husband, will present a traveling exhibit on Israel’s endurance and its landscapes of faith and defense. The exhibit will appear at select venues alongside my talks. Details and schedule will be posted once confirmed.
